The role:
We're seeking a proactive and driven Sales / Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base
* Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1, 2 & 3 contractors, residential developers, and supply chain partners
* Identify new business opportunities and drive growth
* Collaborate with the product team to ensure our solution meets market needs
* Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Requirements:
* At least 3+ years experience in Business Development / Sales in construction
* Strong connections in the sector, especially with major contractors and developers
* Proactive, tenacious, and driven with a personable approach
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced, innovative environment
