Duties include : Use tact when dealing with Users/Departments eg. when explaining where and why part of their linen order has not been delivered. Provide advice regarding lost linen, changes to daily requirements for Users/Departments. Need to explain why the requirements of an order have changed and provide explanations as to delays or changes. Required to provide re-assurances that deadlines will be met for distributing their linen, and that the balance of an order will be delivered at the earliest possible time. Receive and issue clean linen as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA) Linen Contract. Identify and report any shortages or over supply to the Domestic Supervisor/Manager. Maintain the required stock of linen as per the requirements.
