Our contact centre is open from 08:30 - 18:00, Monday to Thursday and 08:30 - 16:30 on a Friday, so there's no weekend work at all Our blended model of working at home and in the office, provides our colleagues with the flexibility and support they require to succeed in this role. When in the office, you'll be in a vibrant working atmosphere and our modern offices are in a city centre location close to shops, restaurants, and a public transport hub. You will Answer general enquiry calls from our customers who will have a diverse range of questions and needs. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Meet personal and customer service team targets and contact centre KPI's. Be the voice of SSE Airtricity and an ambassador for our brand. Work on multiple systems at once in a fast-paced environment to deliver quality results. You have A passion for excellent customer service.
