What We Need from You:
9. Knowledge of Property Management Legislation: Ensure compliance with up-to-date knowledge.
10. Background in General Practice: Experience in corporate, public sector, or private practice settings.
11. Experience in Large Practice or Corporate Environment: An advantage for the role.
12. General Surveying Skills: Versatile skills beyond narrow practice areas.
13. Business Development and Client Relationship Management: Drive growth and manage client relationships effectively.
14. Networking and Relationship-Building Skills: Proven ability to build relationships both internally and externally.

Qualifications:
17. RICS Accredited Degree in Real Estate: Desirable.
18. Membership of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors): A plus.
