Hotel Receptionist Opportunity
We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Hotel Receptionist to join our Front of House team at The Swan, our flagship hotel in Southwold. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and diners, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests and diners, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Manage online bookings, check-in and check-out guests, and handle guest queries and concerns.
* Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards of customer satisfaction.
* Be knowledgeable about our hotel, its facilities, and services, and be able to provide information and recommendations to guests.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including bank holidays and weekends.
