Overall Purpose of the Job
To handle all forms of enquiries, provide quotations and process orders for customers via telephone, email and face-to-face.

Key Tasks to be Completed by the Job Holder
1. Answering telephone, dealing with customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders etc.
2. Pick and pack sales orders or branch transfers.
3. Serve on the trade counter.
4. Grow and maintain customer relationships with new and existing customers.
5. Provide the best customer service in our industry, always going “the extra mile.”
6. Adopt an “upbeat,” positive attitude and act in a courteous and professional manner when dealing with customers, suppliers, and other staff.
Description of the Person
Proven knowledge of products & experience of sales within electrical wholesale industry is preferred but not essential. Have a strong, positive and enthusiastic work ethic with excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
