Job Title: Sustainability and Performance CoordinatorSalary: Commencing at £30,523 with progression to £33,349 per annumClosing Date: 2025-04-16About the RoleWhat You Will DoProvide support including day to day management of the Building Management System (BMS).Act as an internal system super user for the BMS to ensure it is used to its full potential.Create monthly reports on performance and improvement opportunities Monitoring and reviewing accuracy of utilities invoices and charges.Support in collating data and completing the annual SECR (Streamlined Energy Carbon Report) spreadsheet for the Group and individual sub-groups.Support in the creation of the internal carbon footprint report and outcomes of progress.Explore opportunities and project funding to improve sustainability attributes, resources and carbon reduction for the group.About YouMust have GCSE English & Maths at grade C/Level 4 or equivalentProfessional qualification or portfolio demonstrating significant experience of working on sustainability and/or environment management systemsExperience of organising and coordinating events/activities for different audiencesAbility to work on multiple projects in parallel and to deliver projects within tight deadlines and experience of using project management methodologiesAbility to build effective working relationships, within and across teams, to plan for and deliver long-term solutionsMust be IT savvy with experience of using Microsoft Office & Google ApplicationsBenefitsThere are plenty of benefits available to our staff members, here are just a few:Generous Annual leave entitlement - If you work full time, you\\\'ll get at least 39 days holiday plus bank holidays.
