Job Description:
Main duties of the job:
1. Provide mental health support and care to service users experiencing mental health crisis.
2. Act as a key member of Robin Ward Inpatient Team, acting as the charge nurse for the unit.
3. Be responsible/primary nurse for a designated group of patients.
4. Assess patient needs and plan, implement, and evaluate care to meet those needs.
5. Lead on shifts in the ward and provide clinical supervision to junior staff members.
6. Exhibit excellent communication and relationship management skills.
7. Treat patients with fairness and respect, maintaining confidentiality appropriately.
8. Be fully involved in ward rounds, handovers, and other meetings where patient care is discussed and reviewed.
