This is a great opportunity for someone with solid workforce system and administration skills who is experienced at providing systems and administration support to staff on a wide range of issues.
Main duties of the job
You will be managing a varied workload including providing quality administration support to the Workforce Systems Team and 1:1 training of new staff.
You will work in partnership with our Workforce Systems Manager in the production and reconciliation of reports with the responsibility for planning and prioritising a range of tasks.
The role will also work with all managers and employees, providing workforce systems advice, support and training, allowing the organisation to meet its objectives.

Qualifications and Training
* NVQ4/Foundation Degree
* Other Diploma or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
Experience and Knowledge
* Experience of working in a People team or related field.
* Previous working knowledge and experience of Electronic Staff Record system.
* Previous knowledge of workforce procedures and systems.
* Knowledge of equality, diversity and inclusion.
* Experience of working in the NHS or similar large, complex organisation.
Skills and abilities
* Ability to analyse Workforce and Business Unit information.
* Workload and time management.
* Ability to work in a busy, sometimes pressurised environment, frequently prioritising to meet conflicting work demands.
* Ability to work in a confidential manner.
* Ability to analyse situations and make independent judgements.

* Good command of spoken and written English.

* Hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
