Role Responsibilities Customer Service: Create and provide quotations for sales and service customers with a focus on satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of upcoming Service Visits and Calibrations. Efficient Order Processing: Process sales and service quotations, orders, pro formas, and invoices using Sage 50 software. Manage spare parts stock and orders to support smooth service operations. Communication and Coordination: Schedule Service visits and confirm dates with customers. Handle inbound and outbound customer phone calls professionally. Collaborate with the external sales force to manage enquiries and leads. Digital Presence Management: Monitor and respond to sales and service-related emails promptly. Engage with customers via website LiveChat, providing real-time support. Logistics and Inventory Control: Organise shipments with carriers to ensure timely deliveries. Place supplier orders and manage stock/back orders efficiently. Skills and Experience We're looking for someone with: Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales Administration or Service Coordination, preferably in a technical environment. IT Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Sage 50 (essential). Familiarity with ACT CRM or similar systems is a plus. Detail-Oriented: Confident numeracy skills and consistent accuracy. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with a customer-centric approach.
