As the face of our establishment, you will extend a warm welcome to every visitor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. Your knack for hospitality will shine as you assist with bookings, manage reservations, and collaborate closely with our catering team and other departments to deliver seamless service. What will I be doing?
* Meeting and greeting all guests whether in person, on the phone or email in a professional and friendly manner and be approachable when meeting RSC guests.
* Working collaboratively with the Rooftop team and deliver first class service within the Restaurant.
* Assisting with bookings and enquiries for events and reservations liaising closely with the Senior Catering Co-ordinator
* Liaising with the Catering Managers, Assistant Managers, and Supervisors to ensure consistency of service standards
* Fully promoting the Rooftop Restaurant
What do I need?
* To be customer focussed
* Have excellent customer service skills
* Work well in a fast paced and dynamic environment
* Able to maintain consistently high standards
* Computer literate
* Ability to build relationships both inside and outside of the company
* Good time management skills
* Experienced in managing events
* Flexible and willing to adapt
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will be working 39 hours per week. Evening and weekend working is required.
