About the Team The People Team are responsible for everything from recruiting talent to supporting them throughout their journey here at PlatformX. They partner with the business to ensure our people are supported, engaged and continue to grow and develop. About your Role As part of the People Team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering Colleague centric experiences that set new standards when it comes to driving performance. Working closely with stakeholders from across the business you will lead the design journey from initial discovery through to the development of best in class learning interventions and experiences that can be proven to have improved a number of key business metrics. Reporting into the Learning and Development Business Partner, you will need to know the latest thinking in this space, designing user flows, wire frames and prototypes, collaborating and influencing senior stakeholders to bring your ideas to life. As well as being a User Centred Designer, you will also need to be willing and able to get your sleeves rolled up, go out across the business and make sure your interventions and experiences are embedded. Accountability, Ownership & Authority User Centred Design – Lead the design and delivery of Colleague friendly learning interventions across a variety of platforms, ensuring they drive the performance of key business metrics and behaviours Research and Insight – Collaborate with the business to conduct research initiatives, uncovering vital insights through both qualitative and quantitative data that informs and guide your designs. Design Artefacts - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to clearly and effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Facilitate workshops and work closely with cross-functional teams to generate a variety of learning interventions and experiences, ensuring alignment on design goals.
