My client is looking for a Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 6 months experience to join their team, a known and successful brand with excellent ongoing career opportunities.
The position is for a person who is driven, competent and thrives in a busy environment. You must be able to show good communication skills both face to face and over the phone and have a desire to work in a competitive team with good earnings. In return, you will be responsible for:
* Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
* Matching customer needs for buying & selling of properties
* Generating appointments for viewings and valuations
* Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
* Showing people around properties in the local area
* General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input
* Being organized and efficient with good attention to detail
* Local knowledge is preferable
* Full driving licence and own car essential
