Assistant Management Accountant
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Assistant Management Accountant to join our client based in Windsor.
We are recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant who will be working alongside the Financial Controller to provide full financial reporting and analysis to the Business and the Senior Leadership Team. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual who is eager to learn and thrives in a busy and varied Finance Team.
The successful Assistant Management Accountant will be responsible for:
Assist in the production and delivery of the monthly management accounts and reporting packs.
Support in preparation of the year end audit process.
Overhead cost analysis
Bank reconciliation
Balance sheet account analysis and reconciliation
Asset register maintenance
Credit Card reconciliation, accruals and filing using Concur
G/L Journal preparation and processing
Raising credit notes
Create new supplier accounts
Create and maintain the COA
Produce regular reporting like the daily sales and order graph
Ad-hoc admin dutiesThe Assistant Management Accountant will have:
Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
2-3 years' experience of working in a finance function within a corporate environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications specifically Excel
Experience in working with ERP systems
Must have good attention to detail
Numerical thinker
Confident and able to work on own initiative
Flexible and willing to support others
