Position: Health & Safety Manager - Systems Auditor Rate: £450 (Indicative Outside IR35) Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 months Location: London Work Pattern: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home People Group are looking for a Systems Auditor to work within the Assurance and compliance team on HS2 to work for the Main joint Venture. Your responsibilities will include: Promote the HSSEQ Culture of Right First Time, Every Time and Safe at Heart and within the Project Team, Consultants and Subcontractors. Promote HSSEQ Awareness among the Project Team, Consultants and Subcontractors. Develop, implement and maintain procedures for auditing and management of non-conformances. Develop, implement and maintain a risk-based HSSEQ Audit Programme for Mace Dragados and Subcontractors. Plan and execute audits in accordance with the Audit Procedure and the Project Audit Programme. Perform Quarterly Reviews of the Audit Programme. Prepare Audit Reports and Non-conformance Reports. Agree appropriate corrective actions with auditees and follow-up on the completion of corrective actions within agreed timelines. Ensure that all non-conforming processes are managed in accordance with the Non-conformance Procedure. Facilitate closure of Non-conformance Reports subsequent to effective implementation of the proposed corrective actions. Maintain the Audit Action Register and evaluate process non-conformance to identify trends and areas of risk in the QMS. Prepare quarterly reports on Integrated Management System Risks and propose mitigations. Ensure that that at least 90% of planned audits take place within the scheduled timeframe. Ensure that at least 95% of process non-conformances are closed within the stipulated date of closure. Essentials: ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification. ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification. ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification. ISO27001 knowledge (desired) Qualification in Quality, Safety or Environmental Management or equivalent knowledge and experience. Relevant experience auditing Management Systems. Experience working on a large Rail/Station project Proven knowledge of audit principles, practices and techniques. Analytical skills and the ability to produce statistical analysis to demonstrate trends. Able to produce IMS Risks Reports.
