Showroom & Admin Advisor
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
* Greet visitors and guide them through the showroom.
* Manage leads via phone, email, and in-person. Schedule appointments for designers.
* Support designers during customer presentations and ensure a welcoming environment.
* Answer phones and direct queries to the right person.
* Continuously improve product knowledge (e.g., Neff, Sheraton).
Admin:
* Manage calendars, emails, and customer inquiries.
* Coordinate fitting schedules and communicate with customers and fitters.
* Handle supplier communication and deliveries.
* Organize thank you cards, flowers, and general office tasks.
* Process payments and monitor banking transactions.
* Assist with customer paperwork and IT issues.
* Keep records of invoices and promotions up to date.
Finance:
* Enter customer sales into Xero.
* Check sales reports for accuracy.
* Maintain project margins and follow up on outstanding payments.
* Send receipts, VAT invoices, and payment confirmations.
Marketing:
1. Update website with photos, testimonials, and promotions.
2. Help organize events like open evenings or coffee mornings.
