Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all vacancies, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers and the People team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, schools, and recruitment partners to attract top talent. Lead the apprenticeship recruitment process and manage apprentices' training and development Enhance the employer brand by leveraging social media, networking events, and recruitment campaigns. Administer recruitment assessment tools, ensuring effective and fair hiring outcomes. Provide HR support across the employee lifecycle, including starters, leavers, promotions, payroll, and pensions. About You: Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualification or strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices. Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems, with a focus on leveraging technology for process efficiency. Passionate about promoting a positive workplace culture and supporting individual and business growth. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
