The successful candidate will provide effective leadership and management to teams dealing with Offender SARs, in addition to supporting additional activities ensuring the MoJ meets its obligations under Part 3 of the DPA. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, motivate and develop team leaders and their teams to meet current and future business needs. Develop an understanding of current performance challenges and barriers within Offender SAR team. Create performance reports utilising MI data to identify emerging issues and corrective action, and effectively communicate this to the SMT and wider team. Plan internal resources to ensure all business targets are met for quality, efficiency and productivity for team and individual. Lead and support on continuous improvement across all business processes including digital solutions. Work with colleagues to identify opportunities for service improvements and facilitate activities to implement solutions. Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with a range of stakeholders across MoJ including senior leaders, strengthening trust with new and existing relationships. Working with colleagues across two main sites. Undertake occasional travel to other Government offices as and when required, this may involve overnight stays to attend face to face meetings and conferences.
