About the Role As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents throughout the day. You will lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of care and well-being are maintained. Responsibilties: As a Senior Care Assistant, you will: Provide high-quality care - assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and daily activities Lead by example - supporting, mentoring, and supervising Care Assistants Administer medication - ensuring correct procedures are followed (training provided if required) Monitor residents' well-being - identifying any changes and reporting to senior management Liaise with families and healthcare professionals - ensuring person-centred care plans are followed Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment - ensuring compliance with regulations What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant or similar role NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) Experience in elderly care and a passion for making a difference Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: ?
