About the job
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading large-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. You will play a key role in managing project teams, coordinating activities, and mitigating risks to achieve project objectives and exceed client expectations.
Experience you need to be considered:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in managing large-scale construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
* Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, drive performance, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
* Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications, with experience in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is desirable.
As a person, we would love it if you have:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse complex problems, make data-driven decisions, and develop innovative solutions to achieve project objectives.
* Previous experience in client-facing roles and managing client relationships.
