Job Title: Discretionary Share Plans - Senior Administrator

As our Employee Share Plan Services continues to grow, we are looking for Share Plan Administrators to join our established Discretionary Plans operational team who are responsible for the delivery of our Discretionary Plan Service. The role offers the chance to learn both valuable business skills whilst also developing specialist knowledge of share plans, alongside broader share market knowledge.
Our large Share Plans Operations team is made up of a number of sub teams that carry our different elements of our services, with some teams focused on specific share plans and others providing shared services. Due to the breadth and variety of EQ’s Share Plan service, we are able to provide our team members with fantastic opportunities to develop their knowledge and progress within our wider team.
Key Responsibilities may include
1. Monitoring, progression and checking of daily work for our Executive and Discretionary clients
2. Liaison with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
3. System processing
4. Resolution of participants enquiries
5. Supporting business readiness activities for new clients set ups
6. Maintaining data integrity and reconciliation of all records relating to the service
7. Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues
Skills and experience;
8. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
9. Ability to work independently or as part of a team
10. Good communication skills
11. Able to demonstrate a good understanding of what great customer service is
12. Fantastic attention to detail
13. Knowledge of Employee Shareplan
14. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
15. Ability to work well under pressure and remain focused on delivering excellent service
