We are looking to recruit a Safety, Health and Environment Business Partner to work across multiple sites as part of the senior leadership team, who has experience working in a similar role and is ready for their next challenge to make a difference in a busy manufacturing environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Actively work with the site management teams to support in all aspects of health and safety.
* Implement health and safety, environmental requirements, ensuring the company are legally compliant.
* Monitor all things health and safety, including carrying out audits.
* Ensure all accidents and incidents are investigated in line with company procedures to establish root cause and identify preventative control measures.
* Manage the reporting of RIDDOR accidents.
* Track and report accidents and incidents.
* Develop policies and procedures.
* Develop and lead safety awareness across multiple sites, through toolbox talks and other communication methods.
We are looking for someone who has:
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
* Minimum 3 years experience working in a manufacturing environment.
* NEBOSH General Certificate.
* ISO 9001, 14001 AND 45001 auditing experience is advantageous.
* Excellent person management and relationship skills.
* Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety legislative requirements.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* The ability to promote a positive SHE culture.
* A “can do” attitude.
* Strong awareness of Health and Safety.
* Excellent attention to detail.
