Job Description:
The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Data & Insights Coordinator will support the timely delivery of HSW data & insight to the business. You will create, maintain and improve data processes and reporting while interfacing with senior business stakeholders.
You will be responsible for the exploration, cleansing, querying, processing and visualisation of data. You will support the delivery of clearly articulated data & insight to the business and provide and implement solutions, improving efficiencies and increasing the stability and accuracy of reporting and data processes.
What you’ll be doing as a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Data & Insights Coordinator
* Identify key insights within data captured to highlight HSW issues for use by the team or business
* Produce specific routine reports for onward use by the business
* Ensure timely production of regular weekly / monthly reports
* Identify and automate data capture and collation into common data warehouse
* Develop and maintain self-service reporting via Power BI
* Support basic queries and knowledge updates
What you should bring to the role
* Previous experience working in a data-driven environment
* Competent knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel and MS Office
* Excellent management and influencing skills
* Analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail
