What you will do in your working day
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
* Prospecting using social media
* Cold calling B2B client
* Social media marketing
* Assessing clients' insurance needs
* Negotiating between insurers and clients to secure deals
* Using Office 365 and CRM
* Working alongside the Managing Director to strategically build clients' book
* Completing support duties within the Insurance Claims process
The training you will be getting
* Insurance Practitioner Level 3 Apprenticeship
* A fully and part-funded learning and development programme that includes the Cert CII
* Develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours of successful Insurance Practitioners
* Role-specific routes are to tailor the apprenticeship to the job role:
* Claims Handler / Loss Adjuster
* Assistant Underwriter
* Junior Broker
* Free CII membership for non-members through the CII Aspire Apprenticeship Programme
* Includes the CII study books and exam entries
* Resit costs for CII exams and End-Point-Assessment will be covered by the employer
* Fortnightly workshops for each CII exam
* All workshops recorded and available on-demand
* Interactive chat, forums and class notebooks for real time support and assistance from experienced and qualified insurance professionals
* Exam tips, tricks, and strategies
* Regular tutorials and assessments with your dedicated trainer
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
* Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, the right candidate could progress to being offered a position within the sales team to build his own book of business
