Bristol Care Homes is looking for a Clinical Lead at our Outstanding registered home Beech House in Thornbury, Gloucestershire. The role is full time (36 hours per week) and 12 of those hours are supernumery. Working closely with the Home Manager and Deputy, the Clinical Lead takes the lead role in ensuring that our residents receive the clinical care they need, in a way that supports dignity and independence. The Clinical Lead manages the standards of the nursing and healthcare teams, providing support, development, and leadership. In the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, clinical lead has the responsibility of the care management of the home, maintenance of high standards of care and monitoring the performance of staff. Requirements for the Clinical Lead role: Current registration with the NMC Leadership experience PAY: 23.00 per hour 10% enhancement on weekends 50% extra pay on bank holiday Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
