What the Joiner will need:
NVQ or Equivalent
Full clean drivers license
Own tools
Experience in the social housing sectorWhat the Joiner will be doing:
Day to day repairs and maintenance
Voids property refurbishment
Aluminium and UPVC window and door replacementWhat the Joiner will receive:
Annual salary of £35,000
Company van and fuel card
Pension scheme
