About The Role
With a 30 strong Commercial law team, inclusive of 7 Partners, we operate across all our offices, providing a broad network of support, and a dynamic and vibrant range of work. Your Role: The focus of the role will be provide commercial legal advice and support to the vibrant Herefordshire business community. We see this as a huge opportunity as the number of lawyers offering this service who live and work in the county is very limited. Within this role, you’ll have the freedom to shape your practice according to your unique strengths and interests. You will support clients across a wide range of sectors including agriculture, defence and security, technology and cyber. Your work will cover routine and complex commercial transactions, research and development activities, and strategic outsourcing/service-related projects. In addition to your general commercial and technology work, you will interact with our specialist trade mark and patent attorneys to assist clients on the existence, ownership, protection, development, and exploitation of their IP rights.

About You
Qualifications:
* 3 year PQE plus.
* Part time or Full time applicants will be considered
* Proven experience in commercial contract law, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building client relationships and driving business development initiatives.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and upholding the highest ethical standards.
