Customer Service Executive
Interaction Recruitment are looking for an experienced customer service advisor for our client based in Watton, Norfolk.
£12.00 per hour
Monday to Friday
Immediate Start
Temporary Ongoing
Rotating Shifts
Shift Times:
1. 8.30 - 5pm
2. 8.00 - 4.30pm
3. 9.30 - 6pm
Main Responsibilities
1. Handling inbound and outbound calls to residents across Breckland, North Norfolk, and Kings Lynn.
2. Taking payments and raising worksheets.
3. Monitoring emails daily and completing admin tasks as a team.
4. Confidently following established procedures and processes.
5. Working well independently as well as a team player.
