Dynatrace is seeking to add an IT Support Engineer Intern to its EMEA IT Support team. We are looking for an IT student/graduate to join us this summer as part of our IT Support team. This is a full-time, paid internship. Responsibilities: - Monitor the communication channels and ticket systems, such as Slack or Freshwork and work on qualifying and resolving incidents and service requests - Escalate incidents to the EDE team and support the team to find solutions. - Help EDE with the hardware refresh and deployment (configurations), onboarding, and offboarding. - Use existing automation processes to install, configure and deploy devices for Windows, MacOS and mobile phones - Ensure accuracy of hardware asset information In this role, you will partner and support colleagues within the UK and Europe, where you will gain hands-on industry experience working in a busy IT Support function. What will help you succeed - Currently pursuing a degree/graduated in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking. - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Linux). - Knowledge of common software applications and tools Additional Information - June 22nd to 5th September - Based in our Maidenhead Office - candidates should be able to commute to the office 5 days p/week.
