Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a People & Operations Assistant to be the heartbeat of our office near Chancery Lane. You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of our fabulous office and support our Head of People in creating an amazing experience for our team and new joiners. This role is central to the culture and operations at Enfuse Group, offering a unique blend of office management, event planning and HR support. Think of yourself as the glue that keeps our team connected, organised, and thriving. From orchestrating memorable team events to keeping our office running like clockwork, you’ll play a key role in making Enfuse Group the vibrant workplace it is. As this role is all about bringing energy and connection to our office, you’ll be based in our office at least four days a week (between 9.00am-5.00pm), with Mondays as a must, and have the flexibility to work from home on the fifth day or when appropriate. This role goes beyond simply checking off tasks - It is about being confident, approachable, and unafraid to speak up when needed (yes, even with a lighthearted “Hey Who left their mug in the sink?”). While it’s a vibrant and dynamic position, it also comes with a professional edge - you’ll understand the balance of having fun but respecting boundaries, ensuring the workplace remains lively without compromising professionalism.
