Responsibilities:
1. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
2. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware.
3. Empty trash and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
4. Stock inventory and ensure proper storage of food and supplies.
5. Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
6. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Experience:
1. Previous experience working in a high-quality kitchen or restaurant environment.
2. Basic knowledge of food preparation and culinary techniques is a plus.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
5. Level II certificate in allergens and Health & Safety are essential.
6. Experience in kitchen deep cleaning and the ability to use specific chemical products.
7. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
