We are looking for some ambitious and like-minded Recruitment Consultants to support us with our 2025 growth plans!
This role offers a 12-week training academy, where you will receive the support you need to become a fully qualified Recruitment Consultant and start making deals. The ideal candidate will be motivated, a team player, great communicator, capable of managing their own time, and most of all, willing to learn new skills!
What will you do?
* Sourcing, qualifying and referencing candidates, liaising confidently with them
* Maintain an accurate pipeline of candidates
* Develop a good knowledge of your sector
* Develop and have a growing base of contacts
* Fulfilling client vacancies
* Create a smooth and memorable candidate and client journey
* Attend networking events, business trips and customer meetings
* Negotiate salaries between parties
What are we looking for?
* A self-starter, who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
* Someone who is highly competitive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent people and relationship building skills
* Is highly detail conscious, with analytical skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a broad range of personalities
* Takes the ownership of delegated tasks
* Be a team player that can ‘think outside of the box’
* Have strong communication and organisational skills, and a “can do attitude”
