About the role
We are recruiting for a Senior People Development Partner to deliver high-level client engagement with program design, delivery, and business development, giving you the chance to drive meaningful change.
Overview of duties
1. Make an Impact: Tackle real challenges, diagnose root issues, and create tailored programs that drive lasting change.
2. Engaging Work: Collaborate closely with clients, deliver dynamic workshops, and play a key role in expanding our client base.
3. Growth-Focused: Join a team that’s invested in your professional growth while you help us build our presence in the L&D space.
4. Client Engagement and Business Development: Act as a trusted partner to our clients, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and building new client relationships. Your work will directly contribute to our business development strategy and revenue goals.
Person specification
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
1. L&D and OD Expertise: Proven experience in shaping change, creating impactful learning programs, and strong client relationship skills.
2. Project Leadership and Business Development Skills: Capable of overseeing the entire program lifecycle, from design to evaluation, while actively seeking ways to grow client relationships and secure new business.
3. Coaching & Digital Savvy: Coaching accreditation preferred; digital learning platform experience is a plus.
