Learning and Development Adviser – 4-month contract – Up to £200 per day Inside IR35 Edinburgh (Hybrid) One of Loriens leading Public Sector clients is looking for a Learning and Development Adviser to add to the expanding team. You will be heavily involved in implementing learning and organisational development initiatives across the organisation, producing learning guides, developing e-learning in person courses and deliver in house training plus much more. Essentials Skills: Experience of working with Learning Management Systems Excellent L&D experience gained within a public sector or corporate environment Experience of working with blended learning and digital solutions Working with a strategic approach to L&D and delivering the systems and processes aligned to this The ability to create a collaborative working culture with an understanding of the needs of the end user The ability to work inclusively with a diverse range of people, adapting to their needs Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, building rapport and relationships at all levels High level of digital proficiency and technical ability, including the ability to produce complex training and evaluation data Ability to use databases and systems effectively. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
