Supported by leading venture capital firms and angel investors, the company offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with half of the team working remotely from London and other locations. The team is passionate about leveraging innovative technology to solve critical challenges within the financial services sector. The Role: As the Marketing Manager, you will run the development and execution of marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for its innovative Verified Identity Messaging system. This is a new category in the market, so they are looking for someone with creativity and drive to help them position this technology effectively within the financial services space where prospective buyers may be aware of the problems, but not actively searching for this particular solution. Your role will include a strong focus on events, workshops, and thought leadership activities, as well as digital campaigns. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to shape the direction of marketing strategies, and you will have the autonomy to experiment and run these strategies. What You´ll Do: - Event and Workshop Management: Develop and manage a calendar of more intimate round tables, working group style events, industry exhibitions, and webinars to stimulate conversation around the problem areas we solve, and build awareness of how verified identity messaging is better than email, phone, paper, and portal alternatives. You’ll be responsible for project managing all event logistics, including coordinating with third-party vendors and ensuring high-quality content and execution. Across the areas below, you will have influence on where the budget is spent and options to run things independently and/or manage third parties such as PR agencies, outsourced business development, and technology services. - Brand Awareness and Thought Leadership: Lead the creation and execution of thought leadership initiatives, including running content-driven events, to increase awareness of Verified Identity Messaging within financial services. - Awards: Identify and enter awards that we can use to promote our brand. - Awareness: Work with third parties such as PR, Marketing and Outbound Calling agencies to ensure effective campaigns that raise awareness of the problems Nivo solves and highlight key messages and successes. - Content Creation: Work with internal teams and clients to produce compelling case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and marketing materials that clearly articulate the value of our solution. - Digital and Social Media Marketing: Oversee digital campaigns and ensure regular posting of engaging content on social media platforms (mainly LinkedIn and the company website to increase online visibility and engagement. - Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, event success, content engagement, and overall campaign effectiveness. Use data to iterate and improve marketing strategies. - Website Management: Ensure the company website remains up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals, optimizing it for SEO and customer engagement. What We´ll Expect: - A passion for working in an office environment, within an ambitious team. - Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment, taking full ownership of marketing projects and initiatives. • Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and manage their own tasks as well as those of others (e.g. suppliers and colleagues). - Comfortable managing marketing initiatives with limited resources—able to be resourceful, creative, and hands-on in all aspects of the job. - B2B SaaS or Fintech Experience: 3 years of experience in marketing, particularly in the B2B SaaS or fintech space, with a deep understanding of marketing a software service to businesses. - Content and Campaign Strategy: Experience creating, managing, and executing content and digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging across channels. - Tech Savvy: Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms such as Webflow, HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and other relevant tools. Ability to quickly learn new software. - Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach with strong skills in reporting on marketing KPIs and using insights to optimize future efforts. What Would Add Value: - SEO/SEM knowledge: Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and managing paid search (SEM) campaigns. - Graphic Design: Basic design skills to create simple graphics for social media and marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. - Experience in Start-ups: Prior experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment where flexibility, agility, and adaptability are key.
