With solid hands-on experience in AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), you are adept at designing, building, and maintaining highly reliable cloud infrastructure. Your problem-solving skills and proactive attitude make you a go-to person for infrastructure advice and guidance. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer on our distributed Constructor platform engineering team, you’ll play a key role in shaping and scaling the backbone of our infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with software engineers to ensure their infrastructure needs are met, work with platform teams to design scalable, high-performance systems, and partner with security experts to implement cutting-edge security practices. Requirements Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering, with a focus on cloud infrastructure. Cloud Expertise: Deep experience in AWS infrastructure management and automation tools like CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform. Monitoring & Observability: Proficiency in monitoring systems such as Prometheus, ElasticSearch, VictoriaMetrics, or similar tools, with a focus on ensuring high availability and performance. Provide Expert Guidance: Advise software engineers on best practices and strategies for managing infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with application development workflows. Build & Scale Infrastructure: Design and implement new solutions to enhance system reliability, scalability, and observability across our AWS infrastructure. Optimize & Innovate: Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems, finding smarter, more efficient ways to deliver infrastructure solutions. Cross-Account AWS Management: Set up, maintain, and scale cross-account AWS environments, ensuring security and compliance are always top priorities. Enhance CI/CD Pipelines: Improve continuous integration and continuous delivery workflows to streamline development and deployment cycles. Automate & Streamline: Automate critical infrastructure updates and other routine processes to reduce manual intervention and increase operational efficiency.
