All learning is individual, however it is envisaged that a 12 month programme will allow you to further develop your clinical, professional and reflective skills, which will assist you in becoming an autonomous and competent practitioner. We're looking for nurses to join teams across our Trust in both adult and paediatric nursing and are currently recruiting to all specialties.
