In this rewarding role, you will support individuals with long-term health challenges, helping them overcome barriers to work, build confidence, and secure quality employment opportunities. You’ll work closely with local employers, partners, and support services to create tailored pathways into sustainable work.
We’re looking for someone with:
* Experience supporting unemployed individuals from diverse backgrounds
* Strong communication, motivation, and coaching skills
* A proactive and adaptable approach to working with partners and employers
* Knowledge of the local area and the challenges people face in employment
