We are pleased to be working with our client seeking a Legal Secretary based in Northampton for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a well-established Solicitor located across Leicester, Milton Keynes, Cambridge and more.
Responsibilities of the Legal Secretary
1. Transcribing and proofreading letters, emails and other correspondence.
2. Audio typing.
3. File management.
4. Typing of documents and tracking amendments.
5. Preparation of client letters.
6. General administration duties.
7. Making appointments on behalf of fee earners.
Requirements for a successful Legal Secretary
1. Previous Secretarial experience within the Legal sector is essential.
2. Excellent typing skills.
3. Well organised with excellent time management.
4. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Able to organise and manage workload priorities.
6. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
7. Strong attention to detail.

Salary: £25,000 per annum
