If you have previous HR experience and a proactive mindset, this could be the perfect role for you About the Role: As a Part-Time HR Administrator, you’ll provide vital support to the HR and Operations teams, handling a variety of tasks from payroll administration to recruitment coordination. This role is ideal for someone looking for approximately 11 hours per week, with the flexibility to balance personal and professional commitments. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: Running monthly payroll (full training provided). Administering expenses. Managing recruitment processes, including advertising, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintaining absence and holiday records. Providing monthly payroll information to the Finance Manager. Offering HR advice and feedback to managers and employees as required. Issuing contracts of employment and HR correspondence. Maintaining training records and assisting with staff development. Supporting the Operations Manager with Health & Safety responsibilities. Candidate Profile: We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who meets the following criteria: Previous HR administration experience. Strong IT skills and knowledge of GDPR.
