The Role
Are you passionate about web analytics, and enhancing the digital experience for millions of customers? As a Digital Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decisions that shape the future of the online customer journey. Working closely with the product and UX teams, you will leverage analytics to uncover new opportunities, support testing strategies, and build impactful dashboards that guide decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
* Analyse app and web performance to support product improvements
* Identify opportunities for experimentation and optimisation.
* Build and maintain dashboards that deliver actionable insights
* Assist in trading activities and evaluate the performance of key campaigns
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, UX, and marketing teams
Your Experience
* Extensive experience with web/digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
* Experience with SQL or BigQuery is a plus
* Experience building swanky-looking dashboards that drive business decision making
* Familiarity with A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
