Role: Social Media Manager
Location: Brighton (Hybrid)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Pay: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

The Requirements:
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Suite
Photography & Video Editing: Skilled in using a camera, photo, and video editing
Social Media Expertise: Minimum 4 years of experience in social media roles
Project & Change Management: Ability to manage projects and adapt to change
Strategic & Critical Thinking: Problem-solving mindset, ability to influence at all levels
Creativity & Design: Strong design flair and creative content creation
Attention to Detail & Time Management: High accuracy, ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Communication & Organisation: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organisational skills
Industry Experience: Experience in a complex global organisation (retail brand experience is a plus)
The Role:
Develop and execute a global social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
Create engaging content that reflects brand messaging and resonates with audiences.
Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent scheduling across platforms.
Foster audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Work with Customer Care to ensure efficient handling of customer queries.
Track and analyse key social media metrics to measure performance and optimise strategies.
Collaborate with marketing teams on influencer campaigns and paid social media initiatives.
Stay updated on emerging social media trends and integrate them into strategies.
Monitor online conversations to manage brand reputation and escalate concerns as needed.
Work cross-functionally to align content, campaigns, and overall brand strategy.
