Senior Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home Location: Worthing, West Sussex Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 per annum Contract: Full-time, permanent Shifts: 07:30–15:00 or 14:00–22:00, including weekdays, weekends and some sleep-ins We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in a nurturing and supportive children's residential home in Worthing. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with children and young people aged 8–17 who have experienced trauma, neglect, or abuse. The young people we support may present with complex emotional needs and challenging behaviours, and we are committed to providing them with a stable, therapeutic environment that promotes healing and positive development.
