JOB SPECIFICATION
To deliver exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and supporting the daily operations of the customer service department. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for customers and sales representatives, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Handle enquiries through multiple channels including telephone and email.
2. Provide accurate information about products and services.
3. Guide customers (surgeons) and employees through processes.
4. Accurately process orders and invoicing customers.
5. Set up new customers.
6. Maintain customer databases.
7. Chase outstanding invoices, fulfilling any requests to aid swift payment.
8. Provide monthly account statements.
9. Coordinate with other departments e.g. logistics and sales.
10. Report MI data.
KEY SKILLS and COMPETENCIES
1. Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
2. Be thorough and understand the importance of accuracy.
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Proficient with numbers.
5. Desire to learn and develop both independently and as part of a team.
