Reporting to the Journeys & Stewardship Manager you will be a key member of a busy and thriving Supporter Experience, Data and Insight Team, overseeing engagement activities and collaborating with teams across fundraising and beyond.
Day to day your key responsibilities will include:
1. Assist the Stewardship and Journeys Manager in developing, implementing, and managing strategic, audience-centric journeys and experience, across Fundraising and other departments, ensuring best practice.
2. Support and recommend improvements for stewardship activities, maintaining quality and consistency, always looking to deepen engagement.
3. Help lead innovation with ‘Test & Learn’ plans to enhance impact and results.
4. Develop a deep understanding of our audience segments and adopt a data and insight driven approach to audience experience, utilising research, models, and surveys to improve audience experience.
5. Adopt a data-driven approach to supporter experience, utilising insights, models, and surveys for journey development and improvement.
You will need:
6. Significant experience in a stewardship, supporter experience, or supporter journey role, ideally at a large/medium UK charity. Commercial sector experience can also be relevant.
7. Expertise in all aspects of successful supporter communications and journeys.
8. Strong analytical mindset and approach, capable of identifying key issues and opportunities in data sets and performance results.
9. Experience analysing campaign/event/product/journey results and developing marketing programs and improvements.
10. Ability to think strategically and act practically.
11. Strong understanding of CRM and marketing principles.
12. Experience with Raiser's Edge 7 and/or NXT is an advantage.
You will need to be able to commit to 1-2 days in a central London office location and have a valid working visa for the UK.
