What’s the job?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be chatting with our players via phone, email, and webchat, making sure they get the best experience possible. Whether it’s answering queries, solving problems, or celebrating their wins, you’ll be a key part of what makes tombola special.
You’ll be working 20 hours a week, across three shifts:
One 4-hour shift
Two 8-hour shifts
Our players don’t just log in 9–5, so this role includes unsocial hours – but that just means more time in your day for personal plans, fewer daytime distractions, and the chance to be there when our players need you! Plus, as a remote role, you’ll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space.
At tombola, teamwork is at the heart of everything we do, so while your main focus will be customer service, you may also spend some time in our chat rooms, engaging with players and getting to know our community even better!
What we’re looking for:
* Strong customer service experience – ideally from a contact centre, hospitality, or retail type background
* A people person – someone who loves chatting and helping others
* Multi-tasking skills – you’ll be handling a variety of queries at once
* Team player – we’re all about working together to support our players
* Confident using tech – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Live within one hour of Sunderland, so you can attend occasional on-site meetings and training
