What to expect\: Support EMEA Vision Care Marketing Team in the development of professional, consumer and shopper communication materials & toolkits to support the strategies and plans for Vision Care. Lead the portfolio in EMEA, including lifecycle management. Establishment of success criteria of all activity and measurement against specific critical metrics with resources such as online analytics and various financial and sales reports, or through ad-hoc tracking tools. Management of external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives within identified budgets. EMEA Social Media Management. Working with local markets to oversee the local marketing plans and content needs, ensuring communication adheres to Brand Guidelines. Also, lead the ACUVUE priority markets connections in terms of agenda and actions. Excellence in procurement and copy clearance approval processes. Support with Purchase Orders and budget management.
