What will you be doing as a Team Leader?
As a Team Leader, you will be working alongside 1 other Team Leader to ensure that the service runs smoothly from shift to shift and provide an excellent standard of care to all residents within the service. You will ensure that Support Plans, Risk Assessments, MAR charts, and other paperwork are completed and updated regularly. You will also work alongside Support Workers supporting with direct care visits when required, as well as completing monitoring checks including medication competency, spot checks, and carers assessments.

Requirements
1. IT Skills desirable as the role would include completing and managing EMAR and E-vist systems.
2. Have the Right To Work in the UK - We will request evidence of your immigration status as part of our recruitment process and we are also unable to provide sponsorship for this role.
3. Be willing to take part in an on-call rota.
4. You should have worked in the health and social care sector for a minimum of 1 year.
5. Currently hold or be working towards an NVQ Level 3.
6. Most importantly, we are looking for somebody that has the right values and a genuine desire to ensure our clients receive the best possible support.
The role would be 37.5 hours per week and would include morning & evening shifts as well as alternate weekends.
