They specialise in providing top-tier plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, data, and specialist lighting solutions across various sectors, including commercial, residential, industrial, education, and healthcare. The Role: Fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised Project Admin/ Coordinator to support their growing management & project teams. In this varied role, you will work from the Kent HQ, whilst being flexible to help out across multiple construction projects, ensuring efficient documentation, communication, and coordination between site teams and management. Your efforts will be crucial in maintaining project timelines, quality standards, and compliance with industry regulations. Some Key Responsibilities: Assist project teams in producing essential project documentation, including technical submittals, drawings, RFIs, and testing paperwork. Manage project document control requirements for each site. Track project progress and report status updates to senior management. Ensure teams operate within company standard operating procedures. Support quality assurance processes and compliance with ISO 9001/14001 standards. Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and developing junior staff. What They're Looking For: Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project). Live locally to Orpington, Kent. (Preferred) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Experience with document control on construction projects (preferred but not essential). CSCS cardholder (preferred, not essential). Full UK Driving License with own car.
