We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CMS Project & Content Manager to join our marketing team and manage the global website. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development, expansion, and content management of a multi-language website. You’ll work closely with our SEO, Design, Copy, Product, and Engineering teams, along with both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, project management expertise, and marketing awareness to ensure the successful delivery and maintenance of the logged-out experience, attracting new customers and encouraging conversions. Here’s what you’ll be doing as CMS Project & Content Manager: Ensuring the success of our multi-language website in terms of registrations, discoverability, user experience, and brand consistency by overseeing project and content management, coordinating with multiple stakeholders including local content managers, and supporting business goals through effective project management and CMS expertise. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for website and CMS projects. Facilitate meetings, prepare status reports, and ensure clear communication of project goals and progress. Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including SEO, Design, Copy, Engineers, external agencies and other content managers—to meet project milestones. Oversee CMS content management, ensuring website content is up-to-date, well-organised, and optimised for search and user experience in all languages. Collaborate with stakeholders, creatives, and developers to implement website updates, CMS enhancements, and train other content managers on new features. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure website performance, security, and user experience are optimised, with a focus on SEO, accessibility, and compliance with web standards. Act as the primary point of contact for website/CMS projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Conduct thorough testing of website updates to ensure functionality, usability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers. Strategically implement new landing pages, ensuring alignment with TransferGo's tone of voice, company policy, legal regulations, and SEO best practices. Use website analytics to assess performance, generate reports, and inform improvements for the website as a marketing tool. Report on progress, deliverables, and how the results have contributed to company OKRs. Here’s what we’d love from our new CMS Project & Content Manager:: Bachelor's degree in a related field 3 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably within a marketing function. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with website management and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), with the ability to manage and update content independently. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Notion, Jira). Proven expertise in SEO principles and practices to optimise content and enhance website performance. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies. Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
